Overview

Equity decisions often feel more confusing as companies grow, even when a program already exists. Early assumptions break down, expectations shift, and what once worked becomes harder to explain and apply consistently. Gerald, a compensation consultant with experience at Netflix, Tesla, and Carta, will join Rani to discuss:

  • Why equity feels harder now and what’s changed for scaling teams
  • What a minimum viable equity program needs (and what can wait)
  • How to tell whether your equity program is actually working

Join in on Wednesday, January 21st at 3:30 PM PT / 6:30 PM ET to hear from Gerald!
