Overview

Compensation decisions feel harder today, even for teams with established programs. As companies scale, expectations shift, philosophies evolve, and what once worked becomes harder to explain and apply consistently. At the same time, new tools and automation are changing how comp work gets done and what leaders expect from comp teams.

Michael Ng, Head of Total Rewards at Stitch Fix, will join Rani to discuss:

  • Why compensation feels more complex and higher stakes than it used to
  • What’s actually new about AI in compensation and what still requires human judgment
  • What leaders care about when comp teams talk about change
  • Where things tend to break when companies update comp philosophy
  • What the comp team of the future looks like as more work gets automated
  • Where teams can start without trying to fix everything at once

The session will include a live discussion followed by audience Q&A.
