About the speaker

Brad Dalton

People Strategy at
Waymo

Brad is a people strategy leader with over 15 years of experience spanning some of tech's most recognizable names, from Google to Stripe to Waymo. He currently serves as Head of People Strategy at Waymo, where he leads the people function for the company pioneering autonomous driving technology. Prior to Waymo, Brad spent nearly two years as Head of People Partners at Brex, and before that held the same title at Stripe, where he led People Partners across the business organization. He also spent close to three years as a Senior Manager of People Partners at Google and served as Director of Talent Management at Cisco Meraki. Brad holds an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Master's in International Business from the University of Florida.
