Heather is a 3x Chief People Officer with over 15+ years of experience in the People space. She currently is the CPO at Brex, where she leads all things People, Talent, and Workplace. Prior to Brex, she was the CPO at Gem, a recruiting software startup, where she served in a much broader customer facing role not only leading People, but contributing to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product. In addition, she was the CPO at Newfront, an insurtech startup, where she took the company from 300 to 700+ through a successful merger. Previous to her CPO roles, she led the HR Business Partner team at Dropbox through their scale and IPO, and held roles in Recruiting, Compensation, and HR Business Partner at Microsoft. In addition to her day job, Heather holds a number of angel investments and advisory roles across early stage startups.
